~ Mission Statement ~

CBY's mission is to help individuals attain a healthier state of life by cultivating acute awareness of actions, thoughts, feelings, and emotions through yoga. The physical body innately knows what is required for optimum health, however, we are not taught to listen to these subtle messages. Therefore, we remain at the will of “professionals” to diagnose problems and suggest treatments. When you are fully conscious of both your mental and physical states, no one can prescribe your medicine better than yourself. This is the definition of a Conscious Being.
